May 8 (Bloomberg) -- Alan Blinder, a professor of economics at Princeton University, talks with Bloomberg's Julie Hyman and Kathleen Hays about the outlook for financial market regulation including hedge fund rules. Blinder, former vice chairman of the Federal Reserve, says it would be "almost ludicrous" for an institution other than the central bank to be a systemic risk regulator.
