Rain On Election Day

It's election day and it's raining here. I went to Cranky News and played Rain by Patty Griffin, one of my favorite songs. Thanks Patty and Patty:

This song has gotten me through some tough times. I started my third novel yesterday, and I feel good about it. Here's hoping my team wins today. Greetings to you all. Because:

Strange how hard it rains now
Rows and rows of big dark clouds
When I'm holding on underneath this shroud
Rain

Strange how hard it rains now
Rows and rows of big dark clouds
When I'm still alive underneath this shroud
Rain Rain Rain
